Mala Bajpai is an experienced immigration lawyer practicing in Arizona and serving clients throughout the US and around the world assisting with employment and family based immigration solutions, including H1B visas, green card sponsorship, TN Visas, visitor visas, marriage to a U.S. Citizen and citizenship applications.
In 2006, she opened her own practice merging her expertise in both employment and immigration law. She has experience doing employment based and family based visas and interviews, as well as appearing in immigration court.
She was born and raised in Arizona. She graduated from Pepperdine University with a B.S. in International Business, B.A. in Political Science and a Juris Doctor of Law, studying abroad in London and Germany. She interned as a speechwriter at the United Nations in the Office of the Secretary General Kofi Annan, Arizona Senator Jon Kyl and did asylum work at the Human Rights Project. Following law school, she worked as an Associate Attorney and at Liebert Cassidy Whitmore in Los Angeles doing public sector employment law. She defended and advised California police departments, school districts and community colleges in litigation, administrative hearings, trainings and immigration matters such as I-9 compliance and visa sponsorship.
