Chun Man Matthew Luk is an associate attorney in Tiffany & Bosco's Phoenix office. Matthew earned his bachelor's degrees in economics and politics from New York University and his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. During his years in Washington D.C., he interned for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). After graduation from law school, Matthew worked as an associate investigator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where he assisted with investigations of insider trading activities in the stock market and assisted with enforcement actions against illegal trading activities. Matthew then returned to his roots in Arizona to serve for two years as a law clerk for the Honorable Scott H. Gan of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona in Tucson. He joined Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. in 2022 and now practices commercial and securities litigation. Matthew speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
