I graduated from ASU Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in December of 2020. Prior to law school, I worked in the Information Technology (IT) field for over thirty years. I began as a software programmer and worked my way up to senior software development manager. In my management role, I was often the nexus between clients, software engineers, and C-level executives. My IT career focused on databases, data warehouses, big data, data analytics, and business intelligence solutions. I have worked in multiple industries, including Health Care, Finance, Telecommunications, Energy, Transportation, Hospitality, and Construction. At ASU law, my concentration was in IP courses emphasizing Patent Prosecution, Patent Litigation, and IP Licensing. I am the son of a father that immigrated from India in 1953. He raised himself from a boy born into poverty into a business owner in America. I was raised with values that include generosity, sacrifice, and support for those less fortunate. Both my father and mother were the first in their families to attain graduate degrees. My mother was one of the first women to graduate from Misericordia University with a law degree. My heritage and my passion to help others define me.
